Enjoyed my lunch the other day , food was very fresh and great service. The restaurant was clean and appealing. The dishes were a nice side but not small. You can't beat the noodles and soup.

This take out is typical of the horrendous food that passes for "Chinese" take out in Florida. Vegetables from a can, processed chicken slices, and bland funny tasting sauce. Standard Kung Pau chicken was inedible.

Don't know what happened to this place. Ordered the chicken & broccoli and it was horrible. The chicken was so dried out it was practically inedible.

It's a pick up place but you can sit if you want. It's not upscale if that's what you are looking for. Busiest night of the year and the food was still good and I'm not dying of Thirst after. It was my first time and I'll order from them again.

Rather mediocre Chinese food, but they're convenient to my snowbird condo in Delray. Almost everything we've had from this takeout place has been bland. Not much flavor except in some of the 'spicey' dishes like curry chicken. But we add some of our own seasoning and it becomes edible.

Being from NY, it's hard to find Chinese food that will stack up to the Big Apple. This place by far has been a gem for us. Since moving to the area 3 months ago we have been here 8 times. Each time has been a pleasure. The food is consistently good, fresh and tasty. The fries dumplings are among my favorites!

I as sat down in one of they're standard resturant chairs, I waited a short time for a massive amount of food to be placed in from of me. It was good quality food and I was not disapointed. 4/5- It was more of a take out place.

We tried Shanghai after meeting some people from out of town. They claimed it was good. We have lived in the area for 10 years and have never heard anything else good about this place from anyone else. The Spare Ribs were of the lowest quality and Egg Roll frozen and grease. Shrimp were small resembling cat food in the Mu Shu. Slightly larger but mushy in the Shrimp in Lobster sauce perhaps they were bad. I'd strongly recommend Hunan Gardens or Beijing Palace rather than throwing away your money for poor quality food. BTW: the duck sauce was really bad. This is the worst in a 5 mile radius!!

Closed up by Health Department until the place was cleaned up and the roaches removed. Roaches found on the egg roll. See Sun Sentinel of 4/20/2011 for details. blogs.sun-sentinel.com/c…

This place has nice staff...it isn't really clean, the food is pretty good. There isn't much to say about this place, it holds it's own against the other Chinese in the area. My last dining experience here was 2.16.08 so I will have to make an updated evaluation.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
